Long story short: I moved 15 times all over Europe as a child and teenager and adult. Sports was my way of integrating every time. Thanks to this I have am fluent in four languages (French, English, German and Dutch) and have developed a capacity to adapt and connect with anyone rapidly.

 

At 15 years old, I focussed on playing Rugby and quickly used learnings from my previous sports to progress at a fast rate.

 

During my studies, I played rugby in first division in Belgium, became Belgian national champion and even had the chance to play against the best teams from Germany and the Netherlands.

 

After 8 years of playing Rugby at this level I decided to reinvent myself and follow another sports passion of mine: Freestyle Snowboarding.

 

I moved to Innsbruck in Austria to combine my passion with my studies and set myself 3 goals:

 

learn how to do a double backflip, get sponsored gear and participate in the Belgian national championships.

 

After having completed these 3 goals and received my master in Organization Studies I took my learnings to the corporate world and worked for Accenture for 3 years.

 

There seems to be a pattern with me:

I love to achieve something in a domain that is new to me and then take the learnings to the next challenge.

 

This brought me to start my career in consulting at Accenture in Frankfurt. During my time as a consultant I focussed on change management, innovation and communication topics whilst following courses in coaching and Neuro-Linguistic-Programming.

 

Since the Covid pandemic I realised the opportunity remote work created for online coaching and I became self-employed.

 

Today, I work with ambitious individuals and organisations around the world from my home in Germany. My clients speak English, French, German and Dutch and it brings me joy and pride to accompany them on their journey in their mothertongue.
